  1. Synopsis:
  2.    cd [<path>]
  3.  
  4. Description:
  5.    This is used to change the current working directory.  If a path is
  6.    specified, the client will try to change to that directory; else, it
  7.    displays the current directory.  This is useful for other commands
  8.    that deal with files but don't necessarily use absolute pathnames,
  9.    such as EXEC, log files, or DCC file transfers.
